This house presented another unique set of requirements. In this case, the clients wanted a number of separate living areas to allow their adult children who, for the time being, remain at home. A clever layout has allowed for three separate living areas, with two of them being semi self contained, without compromising the integrity of the design as a whole. The design features glazed entry stair void, high raked ceiling in the main living areas, and large terraces and verandas overlooking an impressive infinity edge pool.
