Hennig Brothers does not provide standard house plans. While a number of plans can be viewed for inspiration and to demonstrate a variety of housing types, all final plans will be custom designed to suit the individual clients’ needs.

Challenging sites can cause concern for some home owners. With years of experience on the coast, Hennig Brothers will be able to offer design suggestions to cope with the most difficult of sites. Building on many sloping sites in areas such as Blackall Range, Coolum, Ninderry and Maroochy River, we have developed solutions for most scenarios.

Our site supervisors visit each building regularly to ensure the job is progressing in a timely fashion and to guarantee that the necessary standards are being met. Clients are encouraged to meet with our friendly tradesmen to discuss any questions or concerns.

All house sales are handled directly by Karen Hennig, who works with the client from the initial quotation stage, all the way through to handover. Karen encourages clients to consider various materials and building methods to ensure the final product has a sense of individuality. While generally considered to be a stressful period, we feel that the building process should be both exciting and enjoyable, and strive to achieve this through a positive, understanding attitude.

Hennig Bros uses only proven, quality materials in their homes. Over the last 15 years, Darren and Karen have utilised a wide variety of products in the construction of their houses. Ultimately, this has allowed them to narrow in on the best quality and most effective products for the job at hand.

All quotes detail the total price of the proposed residence. We feel that quotes should be transparent, with no hidden cost or unavoidable “extras”. We research all covenant and Council requirements, to ensure all standards are met prior to the quote being finalised. Our in-office process allows us to be flexible with our inclusions from the outset. We don’t offer house “packs”, “deals” or “special offers”; only honest, quality construction built to your budget.
