This house was designed with a budget in mind, while dealing with the constraints of a difficult block. To keep within budget constraints, the number of bedrooms was kept to 3. The right hand side of the house has been left open underneath, which will allow for the addition of a fourth bedroom, media room, or formal office in the future. The building envelope was kept forward on the block to allow for a large, flat back yard, at the expense of a steeper front yard and driveway.
The house features polished timber floors, 30mm stone tops, and utilizes one of the newer feature cladding products on the market.
